1. What’s included in each beauty basket?
Each basket is thoughtfully curated with a selection of premium beauty, skincare, and pamper items. The exact contents vary depending on the theme you choose (for example, skincare, pamper, or makeup), and full details are listed in each product description.
2. Can I add a personalised message?
Absolutely! You can include a free personalised message at checkout. We’ll print it on a luxury gift card and include it inside your basket for that special touch.
3. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — all our baskets come beautifully packaged, but you can upgrade to our premium wrapping option for an extra-luxurious finish.
4. Can I send a basket directly to someone else?
Of course! Simply enter their name and delivery address at checkout. We’ll send the basket straight to them and won’t include any pricing details inside the box.
5. How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, and express delivery options are available at checkout.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK — but we’re working on expanding our delivery options soon!
7. Can I customise what’s inside my basket?
We offer a selection of ready-made baskets, but if you’d like something bespoke, get in touch via our contact form and we’ll do our best to create a custom order just for you.
8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund any damaged or incorrect items quickly.
